Methodology

We aim to identify the underprivileged in children living all across the country and enable them to read and write under our speed literacy program in a period of six months.

Once the pilot has been completed successfully we plan to roll this program out.

Mobile literacy centers will be created to further the reach of the program. Each centre will be able to cater to 4-5 groups of children per day. Each group will comprise of 15-20 children. Therefore each day 60 to 100 children will be taught.

Donors and supporters will be encouraged to adopt the program locally. Existing schools can hired when not in use. Empty building can be donated or used for this purpose.

The program will have flexibility to allow from one person to a group of 100s of people to use it at any scale they want.

A resource and support web site will provide universal access to the program.

Online community will be created to allow to benefit from the experiences and incorporate these into the program to allow it to self evolve

We aim to create a snow ball effect whereby the program is adopted by various people in whatever way to deliver the aims and goals of the program.
